Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside those individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions:

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons. Return of reduced goods is only possible with a voucher. Luxury branded products are not accepted for return due to security reasons. The attempts to replace genuine products with counterfeits and any kind of fraudulent activity will be reported to the authorities, and legal actions will be pursued.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. The buyer covers the return shipment costs. * Attention * if you return orders from a country outside the European Union, the respective customs duties are your responsibility and must be paid in advance and not at the destination.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (Net-Reisen GmbH, Krefelder Straße 4, 10555 Berlin, Deutschland,  E-Mail: returns@bomarkt.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

It may take up to 14 days for your return to reach us due to customs reasons. Once we have received your returned item, it can take up to 3-5 days to process your refund based on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation of this once it has been completed. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. After we receive and process your return, it may take up to 14 working days for your refund to display on your payment card statement. If your refund has not been credited to your account, please contact your bank.

All our items are sent packed in perfect condition. If on delivery, there is external damage or any anomaly in the packaging, the person receiving it should make this known on the delivery note or proof of delivery, by indicating “DAMAGED PACKAGING”. This is essential for the customer to place the complaint. The packaging of the products may be damaged, this is not a valid reason for exchange or return, the packaging is only for protecting the product.

Due to recent incidents where our original products have been replaced with counterfeit ones in return requests, we would like to inform you about the following policies we will implement in case of counterfeit product returns:

No Returns Accepted: In the event of returning a counterfeit product, your return request will not be accepted. If you encounter any issues with our original products, please contact us directly, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.

Examination Process: The returned items will undergo a thorough examination and will be compared to our original products. If conclusive evidence is found that the product is counterfeit, we may initiate necessary legal procedures.

Legal Liability: Engaging in fraudulent activities such as sending counterfeit products and making false return requests may lead to legal consequences. We would like to remind you that we will take the necessary steps and report such incidents to the relevant authorities.

We strive to earn your trust and provide you with a proper shopping experience. We kindly request all our valued customers to approach us with responsibility and honesty regarding requests for product replacements or returns.

You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not satisfy the conditions indicated at letter a) below. Without limiting the paragraph above, the cancellation right set out above does not apply to:

a) sealed products unsealed by you following delivery, where the return of such products is unsuitable due to health protection or hygiene reasons. (earrings, lingerie, etc.)
